About Me

Born Alexandre in Brazil, I was a curious child, always trying to understand the world by moving through it — feeling, exploring, and reacting. That curiosity eventually brought me to the UK, where I have lived for over three decades.
That curiosity never left—it transformed. As experience replaced innocence, my questions shifted from the world around me to the world within. Exploration became less about external discovery and more about understanding how I respond, adapt, and evolve through life itself.

Over many years of study, professional work, and lived experience, I’ve been drawn to one central question: what really drives how we think, feel, and choose?

My work grew from a sustained curiosity about how human experience unfolds in real time, beyond quick answers or simplified explanations. While I explored cultural, philosophical, and symbolic ways of understanding human experience, my curiosity increasingly turned toward science as a method of inquiry. Through academic studies, I completed a degree in psychology with a focus on developmental perspectives across the lifespan. This background informs my work not as a clinical practitioner, but as an academic psychologist drawing on developmental theory, research, and reflective practice.

This journey — shaped by both professional study and personal challenges — led to the creation of The Dynamic Natural Assessment Programme™. The framework brings together science-informed ideas and sustained lived experience to explore how we change, adapt, and learn to live with what unfolds.

My mission:

To translate the intelligence of human energy into practical tools that help people, organisations, and communities navigate change with greater awareness and coherence.

This journey brings together education, creative work, consultancy, and lived experience across cultures and sectors.

This work is educational and developmental in nature and does not involve clinical or therapeutic treatment.

My Professional Profile — in Context

A detailed historical CV is available on request.

Evolution, like perfection, is not a final state but a process of becoming, shaped by movement (dynamic), regulation (natural), and awareness (assessment). — Alex Cenem
