Alex Cenem uses the wix.com platform to create and administrate all the sites mentioned above. He follows all rules and requirements from the Wix organisation, which are also designed to support all the GPDR 2018 Privacy Policy Guidelines, including the UK.

Alex Cenem, based at 18 Albany Road, London N44RJ, which hereafter for this Privacy Notice will be referred, due to his administrative role in all the following sites; as Human Developmental Consultancy, the DNA programme and or the interface Schema project, is pleased to provide the following information:

 

1. Who Alex Cenem is

 

Alex (birth name Alexandre) Cenem is a professional manager with over 35 years of experience in training and business development (in the UK and Brazil) and is currently undergoing his degree in Developmental/Child Psychology at the University of East London. Alex is at present providing voluntary support and offering his services without any charges to promote his programmes while he concludes his degree as a Psychologist, All voluntary donations received by his support services are recorded and invested in the development of his programmes (the DNA programme and The Interface Schema)

 

2. Personal Data


a) To provide voluntary service support, Alex Cenem, a BPS (British Psychological Society) member since 2016, follows all its legal rules of professional privacy and conduct procedures.  He also applies all the professional parameters of any professional consultant and or mentor to provide his voluntary services.  Alex will only collect relevant information necessary for what you require to provide the best support on your voluntary service. When you speak to Alex Cenem, in the capacity of looking for voluntary help services, he will make notes which may include details concerning your medication, treatments and other issues affecting your health. This data is always held securely, is not shared with anyone not involved in your service. However, it may be handled by pre-vetted staff who have all signed an integrity and confidentiality agreement for data storage purposes. To process your personal data, it is a condition of any treatment/service that you give your explicit consent to allow Alex Cenem to document and process your personal medical data, if necessary. Contact details provided by you such as telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses may be used to remind you of future appointments and provide reports or other information concerning your treatment/service. 


b) For marketing purposes, Alex Cenem may also use the contact details provided by you to respond to your enquiries, including making telephone contact and emailing information to you which he believes may be of interest to you. 


c) In making initial contact with Alex Cenem, you consent to Alex maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until you opt-out (which you can do at any time), or he decides to desist in promoting his services. Alex Cenem may occasionally also act on behalf of its clients in the capacity of the data processor, when he may promote other services based at any premises and or working directly with Alex Cenem, whom he may not employ. Alex Alex Cenem does not broker your data. You can ask to be removed from his marketing database by emailing or phoning him using the contact details provided at the end of this Privacy Notice. 


d) Some necessary personal data may be collected about you from the marketing forms and surveys you complete, from records of our correspondence and phone calls and details of your visits to our website, including but not limited to personally identifying information like the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. 


e) Businesses websites use cookies, a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. 3. The Legal basis for processing any personal data


To meet our contractual obligations obtained from explicit "Voluntary-Client" Consent and legitimate interest in responding to inquiries concerning the services provided.

 

4. Legitimate interests pursued by Psychologists and Alex Cenem's programmes


To promote the development of better programmes and treatments/services for voluntary clients or future paying clients with all types of health problems and Mental- Health problems, including Depression, PTSD and other degenerative conditions affecting natural personal development.

 

5. Consent


By agreeing to this privacy notice, you consent to Alex Cenem processing your personal data for the purposes outlined. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the postal, email address or telephone number provided at the end of this Privacy Notice.

 

6. Disclosure


Alex Cenem will keep your personal information safe and secure, only, and if necessary, staff engaged in providing your treatment/service will have access to your client's records. However, some administration teams may have access to your contact details so that they can make appointments and manage your account. Alex Cenem will not disclose your Personal Information unless compelled to meet legal obligations, regulations, or valid governmental requests. Alex Cenem may also enforce its Terms and Conditions, including investigating potential violations of its Terms and Conditions to detect, prevent or mitigate fraud or security or technical issues; or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of its staff.

 

7. Retention Policy


Alex Cenem will process personal data during the duration of any treatment/service and will continue to store only the personal data needed for eight years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After eight years, all personal data will be deleted unless necessary information needs to be retained by Alex Cenem or his business at the time to meet future obligations to you, such as erasure details. Records concerning minors who have received treatment/services will be retained until the child has reached the age of 25.

 

8. Data storage


All Data is held in the United Kingdom. Alex Cenem does not store personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

 

9. Your rights as a data subject 

 

At any point while Alex Cenem has or processing your personal data, all data subjects have the following rights:

 

  • The right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that Alex holds about you.

  • Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that Alex holds about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Alex Cenem will accept the following forms of identification (ID) when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your driving licence, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If Alex Cenem is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before releasing personal data. 12. Complaints
